1) Befair to ALL nominees( I dont want you to say you want a certain site to win because your best friend is the owner of it-look carefully on sites and videos etc for mistakes and what not) 2) You are only allowed to judge 2 out of the 4-Fanart/Videos/Sites and Fanfic(for eg if you consider yourself good at analysing videos and you love reading Fanfic then apply to judge for those two-on the application form you will be asked 'what would you like to judge" which is wear you put in the two you want) 2)Please take one of the codes and put it on your site to show that yoiu judge at Hellz Angel awards(and thats it:) When asked (this is when you apply for anything or nominate anything) for Password please write FIVE by FIVE
